Terms of Service

Who we are
Darin is the agent-native doc surface for software teams: specs, PRDs, and RFCs that coding agents can read, grounded in the codebase. Today that starts in your repository via a free skill. These terms apply to our website, the hosted waitlist and any early access we offer through this site.
Using this site
Provide accurate information when you join the waitlist. Do not misuse the site, including attempting to break security, scrape without permission, or use it for unlawful purposes.
Waitlist and early access
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to hosted Darin. Features, timing and availability may change. Early access, if offered, is provided as-is during the preview period.
The open skill and in-repo docs
The Darin skill and any docs you keep in your repository are distributed or stored under their own licenses and your own git workflow. Local and in-repo usage is outside the hosted product described here, except where this site links to install instructions.
Disclaimers
The website and waitlist are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Darin and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or waitlist. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars if you have not paid us.
Changes
We may update these terms as Darin evolves. We will post the revised version on this page and update the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
