Privacy Policy
We built Darin for founders who care about their data. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how you stay in control.

What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address and basic submission metadata (such as the time of sign-up). If you contact us, we also collect the information you choose to send.
When Darin launches, we may collect workspace content you connect (such as feedback, notes, and documents) so Darin can provide product management assistance. We will describe any product data collection clearly before you connect a source.
How we use your information
We use waitlist information to communicate about early access, product updates, and onboarding. We do not sell your personal information.
Product data is used to provide Darin's features — synthesizing feedback, suggesting priorities, and drafting product artifacts. We do not use your workspace data to train public foundation models.
How we protect your data
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited to people who need it to operate and improve Darin. We review our security practices as the product grows.
Retention and deletion
We keep waitlist data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. When Darin is in use, you may request deletion of your account and associated workspace data by emailing hello@getdarin.com.
Third-party services
We use trusted providers to run the website, deliver email, and measure product usage (for example, email delivery and analytics). They process data on our behalf under contractual safeguards.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from waitlist emails at any time using the link in our messages. You may also contact us to access, correct, or delete your information where applicable.
